Are you looking for a property manager who guarantees to find a tenant in 30 days?
Metropolitan Real Estate II LLC has you covered. With our 30-Day Rented Guarantee, if we don’t find a tenant in 30 days after we start marketing your property, we’ll waive your first 2 months of management fees.
If you need to re-rent your house
Single Lease Guarantee:
Do you have a rented property that needs to be re-rented?
Metropolitan Real Estate II LLC has you covered. With our Single Lease Guarantee, if you need to re-rent your house during the same lease term, you won’t pay another tenant placement fee.

If a tenant needs to be evicted, we’ll cover the legal
Eviction Guarantee:
Are you worried about a tenant not paying rent or causing damage to your property?
Metropolitan Real Estate II LLC has you covered. With our Eviction Guarantee, we’ll cover the legal and court costs up to $1,000 if a tenant placed by us needs to be evicted.
If a pet approved and placed by us causes damage, we’ll reimburse the landlord up to $1,000

Do you have a pet-friendly property?
Metropolitan Real Estate II LLC has you covered. With our Clean Pet Guarantee, if a pet approved and placed by us causes damage that exceeds the security deposit, we’ll reimburse the landlord up to $1,000.

Metropolitan Real Estate II LLC has you covered. With our On-Time Disbursement Guarantee, we guarantee to disburse the funds collected from the previous month to the landlord on the 5th of the following month.

Metropolitan Real Estate II LLC has you covered. With our accounting report, you will receive a monthly breakdown of all funds collected and/or disbursed on behalf of the landlord.
