What is the Referral Program?
This program offers brokers a $1,000 referral fee for referring new tenants who move into the Unit that has the program active. (Program not available for all units; feel free to ask which one is)
How can I participate in the program?
There’s no sign-up needed. Refer a tenant and ensure they meet the qualification requirements.
Is there a referral agreement required?
No, a referral agreement is not required. However, if you have your own agreement, you can submit it to processing@metro-az.com for signature.
How do I refer a tenant?
Encourage your clients to mention they were referred by you when they apply for a rental property.
What are the qualifications for referred tenants to qualify for the program?
Tenants must have:
- Verifiable income of 3.5 times or more the rental rate.
- A FICO score of 620 or higher.
- At least 12 months of verifiable rental history.
- A quick move-in (within 14 days or less).
When will I receive my referral fee?
Referral checks are sent out on Fridays after the referred tenant moves in.
What information do I need to provide to receive my referral fee?
Ensure your W-9 form is submitted to processing@metro-az.com before the tenant moves in.
